A new Oil & Gas income tax law is supposed to be coming in soon. Any one here any news? Any details on the changes that will be made?

I know that the draft Income Tax Law on foreign Oil & Gas companies operating in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq exempts Oil & Gas companies and service companies from corporate income tax and employee taxation on foreign employees.
It seems that the Kurdistan Regional Government has postponed finalizing the law due to the increased pressure it has experienced from the Central Government of Iraq to raise the tax rates imposed on the Oil & Gas sector..
